An Indian textile & apparel retailer.
Textiles & retail — anonymised case study. Sector and outcomes are real; client name withheld.
What the customer was facing.
A national apparel retailer had no centralised system for store-level expense claims or petty cash. Advances and reimbursements lived in Excel, reporting was fragmented across three legal entities, and the corporate finance team had no real-time view of what stores were spending.
The approach we ran.
We rolled out Happay with store-level prepaid cards, unified monitoring and reporting across all three entities, and digital workflows that the audit team could replay end-to-end. Twelve-week rollout across 200+ stores; policy library and approval matrix configured to the way the retailer actually ran cash on the floor.
